Elephant Ground’s Executive Chef, Chef Miles Oki, is the protégé of Japanese-Canadian culinary champion Makoto Ono, the owner of ‘Mak N Ming’ in Vancouver Canada. He also worked under Australian Michelin-starred Shane Osborn, chef of Arcane in Central, Hong Kong. Chef Miles graces Elephant Grounds with uniquely designed menus, comprising of dishes that fuse Western-Japanese ingredients and techniques. Signature dishes include Wasabi Scotched Egg, Aburi Short Rib Donburi, and Chicken Karaage, and Misa Black Cod.
